Institut Cochin received on Tuesday, July 12 the students of the European project #P4medicine (preventive, predictive, personalized and participatory medicine).

Young fellow researchers and engineers from the JeCCo association discussed over breakfast with the students. Our deputy director Sophie Vaulont introduced them to the institute, its research themes and the strong links maintained with the clinicians of the hospital.

Then the students visited core facilities and research laboratories in small groups. The meeting ended with a lunch in the shade of the trees of the “Parc de l’Observatoire” before entrusting our visitors to Maria Givony, project manager of FIRENDO (rare diseases of endocrine origin).

Thank you to our colleagues from the IMAG'IC, GENOM'IC and PROTEOM'IC core facilities as well as, for the laboratories, Suzanne Faure-Dupuy, Ludivine Doridot and Jérôme Delon, for the time devoted to these young visitors, from Zabreb, Split and Barcelona, very interested and very interesting.
