In December 2022, the HISTIM platform (Histology, Immunomarking and Laser Microdissection), directed by Maryline Favier, obtained the coveted Gis-IBiSA label.

As "Groupement d'Intérêt Public", the GIS IBiSA leads a selective national policy of labeling and support for Biology, Health and Agronomy Infrastructures and platforms and biological resource centers (CRB), of regional or national interest. An essential condition for their labeling and then funding, IBiSA structures must be open to the scientific community, engineers and researchers from the public and private sectors. The GIS assesses this openness and the quality of the services offered.
 HISTIM is the 5th core facility of the Institut Cochin to obtain this label and the first in histology in Ile-de-France. The application for labeling was made in partnership with the PARCC Morphology and Histology core facility (HEGP), directed by Corinne Lesaffre.
This IBiSA label will allow the HISTIM core facility and the Institut Cochin to further gain visibility and external recognition.
