Thomas Denecker, Imane Messak, and Baptiste Rousseau are research engineers at the CNRS, affiliated with the French Institute of Bioinformatics (IFB). All three work to promote open science, reproducibility, and FAIR principles. Thomas is co-responsible for the development of a data brokering tool facilitating data deposit. Imane contributes to the Madbot software and leads an AI working group within the MERIT network. Baptiste is also involved in the Madbot project and collaborates with INRAE to disseminate FAIR best practices.
