The IMAG'IC team is launching the Image Analysis Open Desk, featuring free sessions to support your biological imaging research projects. Every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Roussy Building, Room 501), two formats are available: a bookable individual slot (10:00 AM) for personalized guidance, and an open-access session (11:00 AM) for informal discussions without registration. The objective is to help you identify the right tools (open-source, proprietary, or AI) tailored to your needs. The first session will take place on Tuesday, July 28

Open Desk BioImaging

The IMAG'IC platform team looks forward to welcoming you every Tuesday morning at the Image Analysis Open Desk.

The objective of these Open Desk sessions is to provide free, no-obligation support and advice in biological image analysis for your research projects. We will be available to answer your questions regarding the analysis of your own images or more general issues related to image processing and analysis. We will do our best to identify an existing approach or tool—whether open-source or proprietary software, with or without AI—to address your specific needs, and to discuss the most relevant next steps for your project.

Each session takes place every Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM:

10:00 AM: Individual slots by reservation (1 hour): a personalized appointment with one of the platform's analysts to discuss your specific needs and identify solutions tailored to your data.

11:00 AM: Open-access Open Desk : an informal discussion time, with no registration required, to ask quick questions, discuss analysis methods, or discover tools useful for your projects.

Location: Roussy Building, Room 501
