Our lab creates in vitro models derived from human pluripotent stem cells, including organoids and more integrated models, to decipher the mechanisms underlying normal and pathological human development. I will present our work in which we used human in vitro models to unravel signaling regimens, transcriptional networks and
physical environments that control trunk morphogenesis and patterning to generate the diversity of sensorimotor circuits found along the human body axis.
Stéphane Nedelec is invited by Pascal Maire.
